1. Who We Are

Techofill ERP is an online HR & Payroll Management Software developed and operated in India. Our platform is accessible at techofill.in and its subdomains. For any queries, contact us at info.techofill@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

To use Techofill, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legally registered business or an authorized representative of one
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Ensure your use complies with all applicable laws in India

3. Account Registration

When you create an account with Techofill, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at info.techofill@gmail.com

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Free Trial

Techofill offers the following plans:

• Free Trial: 15 days of full access with no payment required
• 1 Month Plan: One-time payment for 1 month of access
• 3 Months Plan: One-time payment for 3 months of access

All paid plans are one-time payments with no auto-renewal. Access expires at the end of the subscribed period. To continue using the Service, a new payment must be made.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, India's trusted payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions in addition to ours.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are non-refundable (see our Refund Policy)
• We do not store your card or payment details on our servers

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or access to any third party
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

7. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all employee and business data you enter into Techofill. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and features of Techofill are the exclusive intellectual property of Techofill ERP. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techofill ERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 3 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email when significant changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
